We only accept credit card payments. When you start using our service, you will make the first payment yourself, and you won't have to worry about it later. Payments will be charged automatically 3 days before the due date. During the month, you can increase the plan at any time - then you will only have to pay the price difference.
In this case, the most optimal plan would be Pro + two additional providers. The total price of the integration is 157 eur + VAT (if you do not pay VAT in your country).
The duration of the integration depends on how quickly you will provide access to the suppliers' product information, how many products will need to be processed, how quickly you will prepare categories and create price markups, etc. The average duration is 5-7 working days.
No, the Wise2Sync product is not intended for customer order processing. Wise2Sync is a dropshipping supplier product information automation system that connects product suppliers with sales channels. In other words: we have access to your supplier data and our software sends and updates product data, processes it, and imports it to your e-commerce platform.
Standard support by email includes consultations and answers to questions you may have while configuring and using the Wise2Sync tool. If you did not find the answer in our help center, write to us and we will provide the necessary information.

Export profiles are updated twice a day automatically. However, when changing price margin formulas or filters, it is advisable to initiate the export procedure manually in order to update the changes as soon as possible.
An export profile is a single Wise2Sync integration with a sales channel (for example your website). You can have more than one export profile: for example, one for updating product prices and quantities, and another for all other product information. This means you have 2 export profiles.
